Use the Coalition Health Centers in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and the Mat-Su Valley (Wasilla) for primary and preventive care services, including wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, radiology, minor procedures and lab tests as well as select generic and pre-packaged medications.
The deductible is waived for services obtained at the Coalition Health Centers. There is no copay.

Appointments are required for wellness and preventive care services. Whenever possible, please schedule an appointment for other services.
IMPORTANT: If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $75 “no-show” fee that you must pay before your next appointment.
