If you wish to appeal your enrollment in one of the ASEA Health Trust's benefit options, you must file a written appeal with the ASEA Health Trust no later than 45 days after the first payroll deduction resulting from the Plan election. The Internal Revenue Service limits the conditions under which you can change your benefit election.
