| The Trust’s Dental Plan benefits are provided through and administered by Delta Dental of Alaska (DDAK). You can receive services from any dentist, but your out-of-pocket expenses may be lower if you choose a dentist who belongs to the Delta Dental PPO Network or Delta Dental Premier Network. Remember, the annual Plan maximum resets every year on July 1st. |  |
The ASEA Health Trust’s Dental Plan covers diagnostic and preventive services, basic and major restorative services, as well as prosthetics such as inlays, crowns, implants, bridges and dentures. The Dental Plan covers orthodontic treatment for enrolled adults and children at 50% up to a $1,500 lifetime maximum per enrolled person. |
